Responses from Samsung - "Your E-mail is important to us and we are always committed to provide a satisfactory response. Our Customer Support officer would respond to your query within 24 hours"
Please note we are receiving the above responses (of assurances of services within 24 hours) since last one week??? Shameless People.
Also Please note that Vijay Sales had earlier blocked (now rectified) our mail Id (can be verified from 8th response error mail) since they could not provide appropriate response to our mails. Hence we have also started sending physical copy of this mail to their Jogeshwari Address.

We had booked a complaint for Samsung Fridge on 17-8-2016 for which we received a reply from you on the same day assuring services within 2 days. We have not received any intimation nor anyone has come for the fridge repairs even till today.
We had requested for urgency in the said mail since our food and other eatables stored in the fridge were going bad and rotting. Please note the following:
a) Our foods items and eatables are frosting and getting spoilt.
b) We have to order small quantities of milk twice every day to avoid spoiling.
c) We have to buy small quantities of vegetables twice every day to avoid spoiling.
d) We have to either give away or throw away any unconsumed sweets, fruits, cakes, chocolates, ice creams, pastries etc., bought by us or gifted by visitors.
e) Costly items like spices, dry fruits, masala's, essences, ghee, butter, cheese, pickles, olives, special flours etc., are getting wasted.
Do you really understand or care for the problems faced by customers? Or is the word "vscare" in your Id, just a fancy meaningless word? We fails to understand your customer care policies which you hugely talk about while selling your goods.
Your customer care tele-executives behave like pre-programmed sweet talking showroom window dummies. They show a distinct lack of intelligence and are neither concerned about customers requests or problems.
Even Samsung, considering a globally reputed company and Brand, the concerned people are completely callous and deaf and a lot remains to be desired.
We would still like to believe in your integrity and not regret being one of your regular customers. Thank you.
