Hi Team,
I highly frustrated because of the way LG - Service center/ Dealer are treating me and addressing my problem.

Issues – Refrigerator is not working properly. Probably releasing harmful gas because of which food items are getting spoiled within day to two instead of keeping them fresh. It’s already been repaired one time and the problem is still persisted.
Additional Complain – It’s regarding your service engineering team in Thane West area specially Ram Mourya (7506399308) who has been providing wrong information to his seniors and dealers that he has fixed the issues without our consent. We are feeling cheated and request you to take strong action against him for this behavior.
Please also speak and set Sheel (9920362336) right for his un-professional behavior as a manager who has not been responding intentionally in spite of many frequent calls just to ignore the issue.
If I do not see any action for the harassment and inconvenience I am going through I will file a case against LG and will publish in social media about LG’s treatment to customer and make them aware and seek their support for the good cause.
May god give wisdom to LG as to not harass and cheat customer.
Though I am hopeless that you will take any action but it is just my last try before I go to court.
