Refrigerator Complaint

Hi team,
We have purchased LG fridge with the following details :
Vendor Name - Global electronics, Sector 24, faridabad, Haryana
Date - 28 June 2022
Model - GC-C247UGLW.
Since the time the fridge was purchased, we are facing some or the other problems like temperature, cooling not proper, voice coming while opening the door etc. On 10 January 2023, we noticed that there was no cooling and all the vegetables and other stuff was no longer usable.
We raised a complaint and the technician informed us that the compressor is not working and replacement is required. Now, it's only been six months and the compressor has been replaced, what more can we expect?
On 22 January 2023, the freezer stopped working and we filed another complaint, the engineer came and informed us that one part is not working and will be replaced by 24 January 2023. When we called today, the engineer said rudely that the part is not available and will take another 3 days.
Fridge was not working at all and as per discussion with Devraj, Shivam and Pooja as per complaint number 230122095142, they were saying it will take one week. What we will do till one week and how we will manage.
We were facing a lot of difficulty and no one was helping us with this. We are sure that a duplicate fridge has been given to us by the vendor and accordingly please change the fridge and give us a new fridge as soon as possible. As the problems are increasing continuously, the fridge is not at all in a good working condition.
