Refrigerator service company Cooltech, Thiruvalla not attending to a complaint informed in December'

Had registered a complaint with QRS, Chengannur concerning a Samsung fridge in 2020 but they send an unauthorised service partner called Cooltech from Thiruvalla to attend the complaint without informing the customer first that Cooltech is not the authorised service partner of Samsung. Cooltech replaced the Compressor and gave a 5 year warranty but now refuses to address the cooling issues inspite of repeatedly requesting them. Samsung on the other hand, will not attend to the complaint because an unauthorised service company had made alterations to the equipment. Who is at fault?
