Hello sir ,
I had purchased samsung Refrigerator RR20A272YCR.After 2 months it got stopped working I immediately filled a complaint with customer care two days later on 30th of August technician visited, he informed that part of refrigerator will get replace and gas will get filled he gave the date of Friday 2nd august for the repair but he didn’t appear then we shifted to greater Noida we started the case again then the technician visited again and didn’t wrote the complete information on the paper regarding the complaint and told he will come in 2 days and repair the same Then I got a call from the service center he saying that the gas is out of stock. We will arrange an engineer to come tomorrow and fix the fridge & Then the next day I get a call from the service center, the key part is not there and the fridge will be fine tomorrow.
Day before yesterday customer service assured me that if it didn’t get repaired yesterday we will replace the article now I want the replacement
It’s been more then 15 days every day I am taking up the follow up every day there is new excuse I am fed up
It feel like this the the worst company who just sell the product and forget the customer
I am very upset. your service is very poor, Now I want to get my fridge replaced
