Refrigerator has manufacture fault - weird sound and moisture

I had purchased a LG brand refrigerator Model No. GCB247SLUV against invoice No. SLA162RS4730087 Dated 08/04/2022. After using this refrigerator for approx one month then I found this fridge has a moisture issue. I had raised the ticket with Croma and they forwarded my issue to LG and then LG engineers visited to check the fridge. They found that this refrigerator has a real problem and then they installed a part in this fridge but the issue wasn't resolved. The same issue was there and I had raised a ticket again with LG and then their engineer visited to rectify the issue but they found that this issue can't be resolved and finally they had replaced the refrigerator with the new fridge Model No. GCB257SLUV against Challan No. DR-AUI-220809033 Dt. 12/Aug./2022. After using this replaced fridge for 15 days approx. an Weird Sound and Moisture started coming from this replaced fridge. I have recorded the video for this issue and raised a ticket for this problem. The engineer visited to check the refrigerator but that time the sound wasn't present and he asked me to continue observing the refrigerator. He suggested to me that if the sound will come again then call him back and he will come back to check the issue. On the same day in the evening again, that Weird Sound started coming from the fridge and I called him back to check that issue and then he visited again to check the same but he wasn't able to identify the exact problem. The same thing happened again and again and today the engineer again visited to check the issue and he found that Weird Sound is coming from the Compressor of this fridge. He told me that the compressor will need to be replaced.

I get totally fed up and frustrated by using this LG product refrigerator. Since, there are issues coming again and again in the Brand New Refrigerator. Even the replaced refrigerator started giving issues after usage of 15 days and as per the engineer the compressor needed to be replaced in this refrigerator.

I am not interested in replacing the compressor in this brand new refrigerator. It's clear that the faulty products have been delivered to me. I spent a lot of money Rs. 86,301/- to purchase this refrigerator for my family to make them happy but all the happiness has ruined after facing the aforesaid issues in the brand new refrigerator.

I sent an email on 06/09/2022 to Croma and I have also visited to their local retail counter at VR Punjab, Kharar to look into the issue. I have again sent a follow up email to them on 12/09/2022 and called their local retailer and asked them to please look into the issue because the warranty of this product is getting lapse day by day but till today no one has come to check the issue. It's showing clear cut bad intention from their side.

I would like to request you to please take action against Croma and LG companies and ask them to refund my money alongwith harassment compensation. I will be greatly thankful for your instant initiative in this matter.
