Not providing promised aminities and services, I have regularly paid maint charges without any dues

I am the owner of flat no C2-604 of the project Avalon residency phase-II, Bhiwadi.
I have regularly paid maint charges without any dues since I owned this flat. Even so, I am suffering the repeated problem of water droppings from bathroom's roof.
Many times I hv complaint to Estate Manager personally and many times logged in Complaint register but problem is not getting solved.
I couldn't understand what is the problem in correcting it. No body take seriously this concern as we can not use common bathroom in this ruined condition.
I am sending attachment of complaint register snaps and evidence of communications through e-mail for your reference, you can see how maintenance deptt doing mockery with residents. No reply received yet from maintenance side.
I have also attached maintenance bill invoice which is indicating that we never delay to pay monthly maintenance charges, even after builder not providing basic services.
I am requesting to refund the amount I have paid as the maintenance charges since Apr-16, when problem was reported first time.
