Dear sir,
I have booked a flat in Nimai greens project in Bhiwadi developed by Nimai developers pvt ltd in Dec 2013 . Because of certain financial crisis I resisted them to cancel my unit, for who CNN they didn't replied. It was only in 2016 end when I visited their office in person and again requested them to cancel my unit and refund me the paid amount. They assured me for the same and confirmed to refund the same at the earliest l. It's been more than 1 year and then have not refunded me the amount. It's causing me lot of mental harassment and financial crisis. Request you to kindly look into the fiat matter and instruct them to refund my money asap.
