I make investment in SHRI RAM CITY of KRISHANA DREAM DEVELOPERS Opc private Limited office Address -1st Floor, Krishana Tower , Opposite - BMW Showroom, Durgapura, Tonk Road, Jaipur Pincode 302018 , New Address - 306, Balaji Tower-06, 3rd floor, Near Radisson Blue Hotel, Durgapura Tonk road, Jaipur.Its Owner Ravi Saxena and his wife Manisha Saxena (Contact no. - 9694004300 , 8058355000 ), Partner - Gajala Parveen (Contacts no. - 8949478787 ) CIN - U45208RJ2015OPC047049 and Registration Number - 47049 . I Paid 169750 out of 2,55,000 in Shri Ram City (Krishana Dream Developer Opc Pvt Ltd) Property Location - Near Shri Ram City, Bassi Toll Tax Plaza for Plot Size - 50 Square Yards but neither Ravi Saxena + Manisha Saxena nor Gajala Parveen transferring Property my name with Registry and Patta both and even not returning money 169750 that I paid to them and receipt provide them were with me. Please help me .
