REFUSED TO PAY COMPENSATION COMPLAINT TO NIMAI DEVELOPERS PVT LTD

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring this in your kind notice that I have purchased a flat from Nimai developers whose possession was supposed to be given on sept-2016. But company has failed to deliver the possession in time.
Now as per clause no 16 of Buyers Agreement I am well eligible for the compensation for delayed possession. I have taken up the matter with customer relation manager of the said company but did not get any satisfactory answer from their side.
A demand letter has been raised to me for the final installment which I am supposed to pay by 02.12.2017. But despite of my regular reminder for adjusting the compensation amount with in the demand letter I have not received any communication from their side .on request of their customer care representative mr.uttam tripathi I have visited their office ( sco -304 ,2nd floor ,sector -29 Gurugram)& Mr. Uttam tripathi have tried to close the matter with some unacceptable compromising offerings .
Ultimately I am bound to lounge a complaint for issue mentioned above. Kindly look in to the matter for an immediate solution.
