I have purchased a fully furnished one bed room flat no. 101, Shubh Apartments, Shyamkhet, Bhowali of the builder Sh. Bhupinder Kumar Goel( Mob. No. 8006035711)for Rs. 1795000/-. I have made full and final payment of the said flat on 5th June 2019. Mr. Goel has given in writing that the registry of the said flat will be done on or before 12-06-2019, but now after taking the full and final payment, Mr. Goel has refused to get the said flat registered in my name despite my repeated requests.
Not to speak of the registry of the flat, he is harassing me through his staff and threatening me to vacate the flat on the plea that the flat is not registered in my name.
I am a senior citizen lady and being a outsider, his ultimate intention is that under his threats I shall leave the flat and he may sell the same flat to some other buyer.
I request the Forum to please instruct Mr. Goel to register the flat in my name at the earliest.
