Long Delay in possession, booked a flat in BPTP elite floors in M block

Dear Sir,
I had booked a flat in BPTP elite floors in M block in June 2009 with the commitment of delivery of house in 2013 under construction linked payment scheme. Though I have paid 90% of amount which was increased by 25% during the construction stage however there is no firm commitment from the company to give possession. It is matter of huge concern to me that I have not received any official communication from BPTP regarding the confirmed date of handing over the possession.
I have signed the Buyer Agreement with BPTP IN 2009. It was a commitment by the company that possession will be handed over in 36 months. There has been a delay of over four years and I still dont have no information!!
My Customer Code is 120331, Project = Park Elite Floors, Parklands and unit is M10-05-FF.
When I talk to the Customer Service of BPTP, I am always given false commitments and but no date of possession yet! Such callous replies only frustrate customers and will only earn you a reputation of an untrustworthy builder.
Please help me getting some resolution to this problem and getting possession of my unit. I am living in rental accommodation and I do not have the resources to finance delays on account of builder's inefficiencies.
