I traveled by train no. 12414 jammutavi express on 18/6/2018, boarded from alwar at 7.13 scheduled time but late by 20 moinutes. My PNR no. 2828228642, coach S1 seat no. 49.
When I board from alwar there was a huge rush of unauthorised passengers in my coach . Though I was pregnant by 2 months I was struggling to get in . After boarding I was unable to reach to my seat due to huge crowd of unauthorised passengers. I made a call to 182(RPF) in alwar,mala kheda, rajgarh, bandi kii, dausa, jatwada and gandhinagar but nothing happened. I lodged a complaint on COMS portal and sms on 8121281212 and another no. Which are on railway website for customer grievance but problem was not resolved. I was pregnant and any mishappening was possible in this situation . Railway has closed my complaint without satisfactory explaination
