On 1st Oct Train got delayed due to good derailment issue. Train got late more than 3 hr . I waited for train till morning to my boarding station, then they cancelled train once reached near to boarding station. They not intimate any notification regardung cancellation of train to passenger in advance. So how pasenger can file TDR if they early of they wants to travel .
If they intimate early then passenger can file TDR immediately. But if they want to travel they can wait till train comes.
