IRCTC TDR refund not done since one year

Hello Sir,
This is regarding refund of partially confirmed tatkal ticket. My PNR number is 8417824627 ( 2 AC & DOJ - 05-Aug-2017) and raised TDR for the same as well. Apart from that as described in the IRCTC policy i have collect a certificate from ticket collector saying that passenger was not traveled. Later i have couriered the TC given certificate & my ticket copy to IRCTC New delhi address.

Subject to the same, with that partially confirmed ticket my wife was traveled and i booked one more tatkal sleeper ticket on the same train to continue my journey. Hence I followed TDR process along with TT certificate couriered to IRCTC for refund of my money.

Day one of my journey I am chasing IRCTC for refund of my money but no response from their end. I have all proofs with me hence please help me to get the justice.
