In starting, I was working with Abhishek Agarawal (onLine trading) in that I loose around 1.5 laks, after that he told me for dubba trade, in beginning I was ignoring but at last I convenienced and start working,

According to Abhishek ,I have to work with a third party(Sanjeev Jain, company name Striker stoke research), I have to pay 1lak 60 thousand to sanjeev jain for 1 year and after 1 year he will rerturn minimum 8 laks, it may be more than 8 laks.

In 1st talk of Sanjeev Jain, he assured me for 8 laks profit in 1 year and after paying 1 laks 60 thousand, and for this service he will charge for 10% of total profit. And each month he will provide me an excel sheet of Monthly working
10% till 10laks
20% 10laks-15laks
30% above 15 laks

After all the things discussed with Sanjeev, I paid 65000/- on 1st of Fabruary and start working , and Sanjeev ask me to pay 1 laks with in 1 month but after paying money.

I was also in contact with Abhishek Agarwal, and he was mediator all the Time in this work,

8-10 days later I once discussed all the things with Abhishek Agarwal and Sanjeev jain, but on talk of Sanjeev he Changed all the things like
10% till 5laks
20% 5laks-10laks
30% above 10 laks
And profit charge, I have to pay on monthly basis


Sanjeev provide me contact number of Komal, she was assistant of Sanjeev, I got call from komal, and she ask me for 4500/ to provide Excel Sheet, but I was not agree to pay because this was not discussed with sanjeev, I also discussed this with Abhisek, he called to Sanjeev and after all the discussion Abhishek told me to pay 4500/ which I paid, but komal told me this is 1st time and aftre that she will not take any charges and after that I received my 1st working excel sheet on 22 fabruary by komal .

Around 12-15 February abhishek paid Sanjeev 35000 which I already paid to Abhishek

In the month of March Abhishek, Sanjeev and Komal accepted that work is not done because this is financial month

In the month of april I again got call from komal fro 4500/ which I not ready to pay, but after talk with Sanjeev and abhishek. it was final that not to pay any money till 6 month and I only pay 12.5% of profit and excel sheet charge.
On 30april i paid 19200/-



In the month of may, Sanjeev changed his Contact Number and I never came in contact with Sanjeev even I every time ask to Abhishek to provide me contact of Sanjeev but he Ignored and not provide. I also tried to take contact of sanjeev through Komal but she also not provide after some days Komal left the job and her contact number was near to Aditya.

I discussed the Things with Aditya and try to take contact of Sanjeev but he also not provide

But when I discussed with Abhishek he Always told me profile is working and work is going good

In the beginning month of june I got call from abhishek that I am in profit of 5lak 30 thousand

IN last june I got a call by Shreya, She was assistant of Sanjeev and she asked me for pay BUT I was not ready to pay because I was unable to contact MR. Sanjeev but Abhishek ask me to pay 28000/ which I paid on 29 june

But after paying 28000/-, I got call from Abhishek that I loss 3 laks and he suggest me to work with Nifty and for that he ask me for 48000/- for which I totally disagree and not paid

But I told to Abhishek I will not work any way please return my money back but Abhishek told me he will not return money and I have to work with Ansul Gupta and Ansul will assured me for profit me to 12 laks, and he can provide in written. After this I told to Abhishek to pay 48000/- and after sometime I will return , but after paying money he take his words back and told he is not going to take any warrnty of 12 lak and will not going to provide in written, I told him to return my money back which he not ready to return

After that I Complain to Mr. Narayan and Send a Notice to Company.
