Payment not Refund complaint against First Adviser

I have made dual payment for the single subscription of service provided by this merchant.

When I completed the payment process through their online site , successful message after completion was not shown then after I asked an executive of that company he replied and suggested me to do the payment again and I have done payment dual time..

Meanwhile I have got deduction message from bank dual time..

I have asked to the company for the refund of my payment which is by mistake credited to the merchant...

Merchant deny me for the refund ...

Please help me..

    I joined FIRST ADVISER subscription service and they have provided me totally bogus calls and I have lost money upto 4 lacs.They don't have any idea what calls they are giving and will reff stocks/futures at high prices.BIG bloody fraud company.

    I never write any reviews. But having experience with first adviser. I felt to write so others can just not face the problem with I had. This is just worst organisations. First day they will give u profit and from immediate next day u will start loosing money. They claim that tips comes from analyst. But I m having doubt as not a single target get hit. They will call u like anything before u register. Once u start loosing money they will hardly call u. I suggest not to go for any firm situated in Indore. I felt mumabi based financial firm is better. I had very bad experience with so many people of first adviser.. if u want to save hard earn money just don't go for first adviser.
