After chart prepared Train diverted not touching my boarding station information circulated by irctc then I file tdr @ 08:15 pm 20/09/23 for reason due to train diverted.
After tdr file @ 08:25 pm train diversion cancelled.
My ticket not refund by irctc why?
Who is responsible for mistakes as per irctc information and data.
