Booked ticket under Tatkal premium, due to mistake in my name spelling, we canceled the ticket and rebooked the ticket but customer care is saying its not refunded. If we travel with wrong name then also its not allowed and also if we cancel and rebook the refund is not provided. This is not possible and customer care is cancelling the call in between.
