Sir, I booked my tickets from Chennai central to shalimar in Coromandal express 12842 for the date 06 Apr by irctc app on 12 Mar. Ticket which I received from irctc donot show the schedule departure/arrival. We thought that might be due to possible time table change wed 01 Apr (ticket attached). On 06 Apr at 0306hrs i received SMS from irctc giving the latest position of passenger and berth status (SMS attached). That SMS also had a link which shows the train schedule and its running time (screen shot also attached) it shows schedule departure from MAS at 0845 hrs and we reached Chennai central accordingly at 0710hrs. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes we enquired from helpdesk and they told that Coromandal express departed at 0700 hrs at scheduled. I also loaded a complain with rail madad with reference number 2022040600742. They have closed the case with a statement that "the site is private. we r sorry for your inconvenience"(response from rail madad is also attached). We as a passenger left with no option other than filing a complain.
