IRCTC Customer Care - Tatkal ticket cancelled because of no boarding station mentioned by staff.

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Bibin George and I've booked two 3A (3rd AC) tatkal ticket (for me and my mother Mary PM) at tatkal window of Besroli Railway Station (BSRL) on 30th August 2018 from Ajmer (AII) to Ernakullam (ERS) with the boarding station Jaipur (JP).
Train number: 12978 (Maru Sagar Express)
Ticket number: 88968527
PNR number: 2731568035
Ticket Amount: 5490/-
I've mentioned in capital letters that my boarding point should be Jaipur railway station in tatkal form.
Now today when I entered in train from jaipur railway station some other guys were sitting on my seats. When I've complaint to TC about it He told me that your boarding point was Ajmer so I've cancelled your ticket. And he forced me to leave train at Durgapura Railway Station, Jaipur. So I and my mother had to disembark at Durgapura Railway Station, Jaipur.
Now I want to complaint about my issue against Besroli Railway Station Tatkal window staff. And I want my full amount with my total expenses because of this ticket.
I had to book a flight ticket from jaipur to kochi because we've to be there in Kerala in two days. It was very urgent for us.
