Sir am VINOD A KADROLLI The citizen of India I did paid 881RS for BESCOM from using phone pe bill number 1602615000 my tx numbers NX 171009095510327 on 9/10/17 at 9.55 am amount is deducted but bill trx failed the phone pe is telling if Ur trx failed the amount is added within 7 to 9days but the phone pe still not paid me 881rS ARE the big amount for STUDENTS how to Belive online transaction like this service here.our indian consumer court is always supported justice for customers I need reply against to phone pe company I need amount otherwise close company that's all this is humble request for you proud to be THE INDIAN
