Fraud Pizza Hut online transaction

I had tried to purchase pizza from pizza hut using their app. I tried twice the money was deducted but transaction was not complete from pizza hut. The money is transferred to yum restaurants india pvt ltd which belongs to pizza hut. After that I approached customer care they assured me to wait for 10 days and the amount will be refunded. Its now 22 days but they have not come back on anything. I have been following up again and again but the customer support is just denying to comment and they disconnect the conversation. I have warned them I will approach the consumer court but they are so arrogant they are least bothered of this. I am very upset with them. I want my refund
