Mobikwik Running False Cashback Offers

On 9th Dec 2015 , I have received maila and SMS from mobikwik to my mail id bashashaik592@gmail.com an offer saying


Add Money Offer 2|Add ₹ 1000 or more in the mobikwik wallet and use Code CASHBACK.|Total Cash back amount is fixed at ₹75.|Get ₹ 25 Cash back on your next prepaid mobile recharge or postpaid bill payment transaction of ₹400 or more|And get ₹ 50 cash back on your next billpayment of utility/insurance/DTH/Landline of ₹ 500 or more.|


I added 1000 to mobikwik wallet , The given Coupon code 'CASHBACK' got applied successfully but i received 0.00 cashback. Upon raising ticket with Mobikiwik, they replied very late saying irrelevant answer to try one more time.


My amount 1000 rupees is debited from my account and lying unused in mobikwik wallet. The agreed, 75 rupees cashback is not given. Thus they are fooling cutomers with fake offers. Please do the needful.
