I have placed a mast and harbour handbag on 1st june.. The product was delieverd on 4th june..

I have been using the bag only since a week and the handle of the handbag has been dispatched withe and bag. I quality of the bag is very poor. And you sell these bags saying they are branded?? with such high price?? I dint even use it for a week and its been dispatched.
i request you to address his issue asap and reply me with a solution andtell me what could be done. i request you to exchange the band with a other one or re pay the money.
