Bounce not refunding refilled amount

Hi sir,
My name is sharat giridhar shenoy. I reside in Bangalore. This is an incident I had latest. Bangalore has a bike taxi service named as bounce. They would give amount refund through paytm after refueling their bike when we drive. On May 11 th I took Suzuki access and as it was low on fuel I did fuel it for 424.10 and uploaded the receipt. I entered the bill amount too. After 2 days I got a notification saying it's been rejected. When I contacted the customer care they say like they stopped accepting the bills from may 7 th and they are sending notification to every one. I said I did not get any and I got a window to upload the receipt and enter the bill amount. Support person varun and sharat were not helpful and I want to file a case as I feel am cheated here.
