Quality of product - ordered 2 saree's from zoya clothing on 9/8/2017

I have ordered 2 saree's from zoya clothing on 9/8/2017 and I got delivered on 13/8/2017. The ordered product was mentioned as cotton silk material but after delivered I is like curtain cloth. Product quality is very very bad. I want to return this product, I am trying to contact them but no response. They have received my calls and not replying to mail. I have registered complaint against. I want refund amount.

    Ordered a saree with this cheating online site Zoya clothing on 28 november 17 received on 4th december 17.The saree was like a curtain cloth ,that pathetic.The same day i called them to collect the product and refund the money...But those cheaters have been fooling me from past 10 days and yet not collected the product nor refunded the money..Please take this complaint seriously and i want the money back..these cheaters should be punished.Its Mr Gautam and Ms Komal playing with the customers.

    zoyaclothing fraud company not returning my money after I have retutned the product by Swati Bisen:

    This company is utterly fraud. I bought a saree of rs 999. they sent a wrong and cheap product. the number they have provided on website and the Mail id both do not work. So, I contacted on whatsapp. So they asked me to return the saree on my own. No pick up was arranged. I couriered it through DTDC , where I spent 280 rs more. Even if it wa snot my fault, it was their fault who sent wrong and cheap product. I also got a message of delivery from DTDC. I produced all these proofs, and asked them to refund. Its been two months I am asking for refund, each time they ask me for my bank account details, yet not sending money . Now they have stopped responding. Now I saw FB page, and saw there are many such complaints against them. Please do something that they shouldnt trap more such innocent customers. They are totally fraud, ban them.
