I ordered from sleekmakeup.com (based in london)on december17th 2016 online. I sent them numerous mails and msgs but they have not helped me . They are very unprofessional. They keep asking my order number always but when I give them my number they dont reply. The last mail they said they checked with their delivery guy as my order is still stuck with them at jersey.
Fed up of mailing them . Asked for refund. They never help nor respond. How long should I wait? Everyone's time and money is precious. They are careless and irresponsible.I have not received my order inspite of it being a free tracked order.It's causing me mental stress and wastage of my time and money .
