Complaint against: Swiggy online food delivery

I had ordered food from Swati Snacks, Ahmedabad on 18th Feb, Sunday via Swiggy online delivery services through their mobile app.
The order process looked well initially. I was busy with my family meanwhile.
After an hour something I had checked the delivery status. It mentioned that I had initiated cancellation at 9:06pm. Suspiciously all conversations and cancellations happened at 9:06pm.
I had contacted Swati restaurant. They advised that no order under my name was booked that evening.
I was sure that someone at Swiggy back channel did cancel my order without my concern.
It is very serious and I am planning to complain at relevant authorities for this fraud.
I have already reported them the above issue more than 3 times. It looks they don't want to investigate their internal staff.
The food order was not book at all as per the restaurant. So, how the deliveryman picked the order for delivery.
Its not matter of money. But, I felt like I am cheated and disappointed in front of my guests. I am looking for the compensation for all these misdeeds by them and I am willing to pay any legal fees.
