I ordered pair of shoes (mid-top lace-up michael shoes),order id is FL28276613 but I got defected piece, so the same was returned by me on dated 25/7/2017, but the refund is still pending. I called customer care but request is not resolved. Please look into the matter and refund my refund as soon as possible.
