I am sharing the troubles which I have been facing since I have brought new Pulsar 150 from VST Bajaj Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. I have booked my bike & got registered on 20-11-2015 and have took delivery on 23-11-2015 from day this day I have started to face bike savior hobbling issue so went to Bajaj dealer next day i.e. 24-11-2015 and raised issue. From that day my bike got repaired 5 times but problem is sorted also in 2 and half months only engine oil is leaking from head because of poor engine packing. Now I have left my bike again for repairing on 24-02-2016. This issue has been brought to notice to Shri Rahul Bajaj& Shri Rajiv Bajaj but we have not received any response from them or not they have forwarded my complaint to the concern. This kind the careless responsibility is not accepted from them.
Bike repair details are as follows.
1. In first servicing front wheel kit, Tyre along with tube changed ( Job Card No: JC/96404 Dated: 04-01-2016)
2. As problem still persist so again I visited VST service center & bike got repaired & returned with fork Adjustment ( Job Card No: JC/97501 Dated: 29-01-2016)
3. As problem still persist so again I visited VST service center & bike got repaired & returned with fork bearing replacement ( Job Card No: JC/98033 Dated: 12-02-2016)
4. Again on 16-02-2016 I left my bike in VST service center for the same issue, bike got repaired & returned with both front and rare Tyre change. (Job Card No: JC/98174 Dated: 16-02-2016)
5. Again on 24-02-2016 I left my bike in VST service center for the same issue & additionally oil leaking from engine due to poor engine packing done by Bajaj Auto. (Job Card No: JC/98519 Dated: 24-02-2016)
Not my question is why the hell Bajaj Auto started produce low quality bikes like this…?? Does they don’t have quality checking team…?? Why we should face problems due to Bajaj Auto’s faulty / defective bikes…??
Earlier time I have affection on Bajaj Pulsar Bikes but now I am getting frustration after seeing my bike condition. Even I have called their customer service on 1800-233-2453 several times & have sent mail 4-5 times. Customer ref no CR-177347 & CR-177390 But shameless people have never find time to reply me or call me only I received call from the supervisor who is handling my issue in VST. I can’t describe even after escalating the issue to higher authorities no response, how can be India’s leading bike manufacturing company Bajaj Auto goes irresponsible like this..????
So I requested for bike replacement (the bike which I have got is totally a faulty peace) because due to hobbling issue many times bike goes out of my control & I don’t want to take chance for my life. Will Bajaj Auto takes responsibility of my life...??? They denied to replace the bike because of their company policy. Now guys let me know why I should take & drive the faulty bike so I left my bike in service center itself from 24-02-2016. How can I accept the faulty bike like this..? Bajaj Auto should feel shame on itself for producing cheap quality bikes. What a disgusting quality of service of Bajaj Auto & it is literally cheating its customers with poor quality bikes.
