Myntra account suspended credited money non-usable

I credit Rs 5000/- to Myntra on their Myntra Credit for purchase of a shoes for an urgent requirement and on placing order it gets cancelled with a reply message saying " Due to an internal issue we had to cancel your item".
On contacting myntra customer care team they informed that my account is suspended and they registered a complaint saying that it would be resolved by 24th Nov which is yet to be resolved till date and hence contacted the customer care to avail the possibility to transfer the following added balance to a different account or obtain the balance back to my bank account since my requirement is urgent (for December 1st )but received the reply that the amount of Rs 5000/- credited to the myntra credit can only be used for purchase on myntra alone and cannot be transferred and the pending issue is still un resolved even after a week.
The following time required for resolution requires for me to make the purchase offline and hence kindly do the needful taking this complaint to obtain the following paymernt Rs 5000/- to my bank account.
