I ordered one smart watch black in shape and round in color. And I received a different one not the one I ordered for. I got a square type silver color one. And again I got the product late too. Now they won't replace the item or give the money back. To get the money back they tell me to send the item to the sender. How I will do it since the sender cheated me? How can I be assured that the money will come to me back?The amazon doesn't take any resposability. So I need a ressolution
