Mam/Sir,
I have purchased a Churidhar material from an online dealer Tintu Berny in facebook by paying an amount of Rs.950/- as said by the dealer. I opted for the churidhar she showed me but the one I got was low quality material with damage. I asked her for either refund my money or return the product and give quality one. Now she is not responding to my messages nd last siad that she cant do anything she is a re-seller. I lost my money . She is atleast not returning the product. What can I do now? I will send all the details regarding this on your request. Plz help me
