I ordered a pair of football shoes from pynk villa on 20th February 2019 and haven't received my order yet. After the order was placed i received an email from pynk villa confirming the order with order id "pv8204". The company policy says the order will be delivered in 20 odd days. It's been more than 3 months and i haven't heard from them. I emailed them several times but they didn't reply to any of my emails or messages after that. I'd like to file a report and like an refund of inr 1999 from pynk villa.
