I had placed an order for OnePlus 6 from Amazon on 28th May. There was an offer of 2000 rs cashback by 28th August if we make the payment with SBI debit card. Still I have not received the cashback and when i called the customer service they declined the cashback saying we are not eligible for the offer. This is very disheartening. Not expected from Amazon India.
