I transferred 5000Rs via phone pe through jalgaon janata sahakari bank , nashik.My phone pe 5000 Rs transcation was failed on 1/11/18. I waited for crediting but after one week the Phone pe Executive suggested me to contact your home branch bank customer care jalgaon janata sahakari bank for charged back. so on 15/11/2018 I wanted 5000/ Rs as charged back from Jalgaon Janata sahakari bank, nashik. so, I searched the customer care number on the internet and I found the no.6291633469 as a customer care no. and I called to them. They asked my ATM card information in hindi as a representative of jalgaon janata and deducted Rs 999/ from my JJSB Nashik saving bank account no.27023002169 at 13:40:06 on 15/11/2018.on the name of MPESA. Later I found the website is fake and again I called back then they abused me. please take action against this fake customer care agency. otherwise they will deceive many of us. the agency may be working form outside the Maharashtra state. I want reimburse my money and stop their fraud.The fake website availabel on internet on the name of 'Jalgaon Janata Bank Customer care' or 'Jalgaon Janata Bank Customer help line website'. they are changing the first page of website continuosly but the phone numbers are same.I have attached Screenshot of the website. please do the needful. Thanking you.
