This is mine 4th mail to intimate you (help@zookr.in) that I have received a wrong model of the smart watch which I wished to get from your site, yet I have not received any mail reply from your side and neither your customer care number is reachable at any point of time whenever I am calling (0124 -3864638) , this is disgusting and a pure case of negligence and online customer cheat which I am as of now thinking.
I am highly disappointed with this sort of customer service. (Includes the harassment & inconvenience)
