Flipkart Cheated Rs-35999 from me while online shopping of a product.

Flipkart cheated Rs-35999 from me while online shopping of a product. I am following them from last several days to refund the money, but now they have completely denied to refund. I am seeking for justice from your side, so that I can get my Rs-35999 from Flipkart. Below is complete details of the case-
1. I booked 43" LG smart TV online by Flipkart on 8th April-2018
2. Received product on 10th April. I paid Rs-35999 by cash to wishmaster (because the payment mode was COD).
3. Wishmaster did not open the box in front of me and he said that "Only Installation team will open the box". Once he left my home, we found a broken corner on the box (in the back side) and doubted that TV is not in good condition.
4. I called customer care and I informed them that it seems that TV is not in good condition, then they said that "Installation team will come and they will verify it"
5. When the installation team came on 12th April, then they opened the box and found product in worst condition (even without mother board).
6. The name and mobile number of the person from Installation team is- 8999048430 (Mahesh). He is already told 10 times that he opened the box and found the TV in worst condition. Kindly find the attached audio recording for the same. In the recording, he is saying the complete truth.
7. After raising the complaints for this issue, Flipkart denied to return the product. They are saying " While delivering the product, wishmaster opened the box in front of me". They are completely lying .
