Fraudulently Withdrawal of cash from my ATM SBI Worli North branch, Mumbai

Dear Sir/Madam,

It's been 2years and I've yet not received any information from my bank State Bank Of India, Worli North branch, Mumbai regarding fraudulently removal of cash Rs 25,045.80 Paise.
On the 6th Dec 2015 my handbag was robbed from Shivaji Park, Mumbai which had my SBI ATM Card. And other bank ATM Card / Credit Card / Cash Rs 5000 & my Mobile phone.
I registered & filed an FIR with the Shivaji Park Police station, Mumbai. When i requested and questioned the bank how my money was withdrawn from the ATM they gave me an unconvincing response. Saying that someone known to me must have removed the money. And they also said that i must have given the ATM pin to the person who made withdrawals.

I refused, rejected their response. I told them i don't know who is the person who made those withdrawals fraudulently. He was a robber and i filed an FIR at the police station. And that the bank failed to protect my money and secure my ATM pin. Hence it's the bank who has failed to give me the service they promised and they return me the money i deposited in the bank. The bank officials have been rude, non responsive and banged my phone whenever i would call them.

I approached the bank officials at all level, wrote letters to officials from customer department to their cyber cell to the RBI Ombudsmen officer. But didn't get any satisfactory response. With much hope i write to you to consider my matter and help me.
The bank also should compensate me for their breach of service, rude and impolite behaviour.
