Hello, had ordered an iphone 5s, the order number is 23320145986 from Snapdeal, of 16 GB. It was supposed to be a new one, but the product they delivered to me is a used one, with 32 GB memory. The IMEI number speak volumes about the product. Plus, the packaging was ages old, and the seal was also broken. The phone is an old one, very very old!
I requested for a replacement, the same day. I have kept the used phone intact, but they canceled the replacement, and never provided a reason for that. I got no call from their end, and they closed it. This is cheating, I tried to reach them out, but none of the numbers work. I raised a complain, the number is 49698112. But, that seems to be just a formality! No responses, nothing!
Now, I dont need a replacement. I just want my money back, I will but it from other genuine partners
