I had ordered online hair straightening brush + women painless flawless machine @ 1598.40
They had send me a used n faulty product and the packing was not good. They did not send it in proper boxes n pamphlets they just packed the brush n sent. When trying to use both were not working
So after speaking n writing to them I sent the product back to them and they have received the product on 27th August 2018 at 14hrs
Now despite of sending them various emails they are not refunding my money and just saying that the product has not reached us.
TEEKART IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS BY SENDING THEM USED PRODUCTS N ALSO NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY
ONLINE SITES OF SUCH COMPANIES SHOULD BE STRICTLY STOPPED AND SHOULD BE NOT ALLOWED.
I HOPE COURT TAKES SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM
