i am having xiaomi mi4 device 64 gb, before someday headphone jack stopped working so i submitted my mobile at official service centre at ahmedabad judges bunglow road (079 40099854) on 13rd feb 2016 , it covers under warranty .
after checking my device the service centre person told me that ur device is having a problem with mother board & to replace mother board it will take 1 week so i agreed & submitted my device at service centre my jobsheet number is 890128641.
after the 1 whole week i called service centre & inquired about my device so they again told me that is hasnt been repaired yet & it will take more then 1 week from now & the person talked very rudely & unresponsively though they missed their time. they told me that if you want to complaint then u can contact xiaomi customer care & complaint against us so i called xiaomi toll free number & complained about the same , complaint number at xiaomi head office about my issue is 1167808
now it is 2 march 2016 & none of them are giving me exact time of repair & not giving me proper answer
