TOUCH SCREEN OF YU YUREKA (A05510) SMART PHONE IS NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,
I had purchased (online)Yu Yureka mobile from Amazon.in by registration on date 26.02.2015.
After three months it developed heating problem. After frequent calls @ 1860-212-2122 no satisfactory result.
And after 6 months it developed problem of touch scree not working properly. We have called many times, they advised for re-start, re-formatting etc. But not satisfactory result found. Both the problems of heating & No proper working of Touch screen area same.
After frequent calls, they agree to replace the mobile and generated following tickets

Important points –
We will be forwarding your request to our courier company who will be contacting you on best effort basis.
Over the next few days, in case you receive any call from unknown mobile/ landline no, we request you to please receive the same as this may be our courier company trying to call / reach you.
Our Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts over 3 days and in case you are non-contactable then your request will be cancelled.
In case of cancelled request, we will send you email/ SMS informing of the same. You may reply to our email with your alternate no so that we can contact you again OR you may call our call center to generate new request.
Would request you to pack your Trans receiver i.e. phone without any accessories(battery, headphones, charger along with cable and back panel) in any covered box but not in the original Yureka/Yuphoria/Yureka Plus Box.
Kindly mention below written address on the box..

But till date no body came to replace the mobile. We have tried yesterday evening also, they again advised us for wait for two weeks.
In view of the above you are requested kindly to intervene so that we can get our defective mobile replaced.
