I m pratik Gadhavi - branch head , colors gujarati 


i m using P780 mobile.


i was facing problem of 3G data + phone services. i m diehard fan of lenovo but unfortunately, today when i visit your service station, prompt solutions - 201,2nd floor, aarya arcade, Mithakhali Six Road, ahmedabad.


they talked very nagative about the service refusal saying that even you update software problems will remain same and 'parts are not available 'now this model has closed so its very difficult for replacing it etc..


but i force them to do it and so they accept it.


 


MY POINT IS THAT DID I MISTAKE THAT I PURCHASE LENOVO PHONE?


THEY MUST GIVE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS.. IF THEY STOP IT THEN THEY MUST TELL US OFFICIALLY, SAME AS THEY TOLD WHEN THEY SLOD.
