YU Yureka Service center not supporting at all

Dear Sir/Madam,


Myself Vipul Prajapati from Surat, Gujarat. Please go through below transaction history of my Yureka Plus mobile.


- I have purchased Yureka Plus mobile worth INR 9999/-


- I used mobile for couple of weeks and all of sudden it was not working at all


- I submitted my phone to Surat based service center for the support; they were unable to assist me so forwarded my mobile to Bangalore based main service center


- I have been following up with customer care since last 3+ weeks but not received satisfactory answer single time


- Initially they committed that I will get new mobile as a replacement just because they were not able to repair it


- I called again after few days to check delivery status for new replacement mobile but they were saying that you will not get new replacement and we will deliver refurbished within 2 working days


- I taken follow up again after few days, the answer is that we are sorry for the delay, please wait for few days more. When I asked reason for the delay they can't answer me genuinally.


- Even after few more days, today when I spoke with customer care they simply asking me to give more time for the delivery. I requested them to tell me the reason for the delay but not received any answer.


 


I request you to look into the matter and help me out.
