Bad Quality Product (Gionee Mobiles)

I have purchased Gionee S Plus Mobile on 1-Jan-2016 from Rishabh Communication (Manjalpur, Vadodara). Within 20 days of its use the Microphone of the mobile got damaged and I have to visit the service center for the problem however the replaced the Microphone but are unable to give any reason as to why the microphone stopped functioning. Thereafter phone developed heating problem to which again I have to visit the service center for resolution.
Currently the vibrator of my new brand phone had stopped functioning.

I feel cheated and and want to claim replacement of the handset or refund.

Kindly guide as how to approach the problem for resolution.
