lenovo mobile not working properly

My lenovo a-7000 mobile's display has 1 Little dot in left side of my screen & it is only visible in any black picture & black screen ! & my G-sensors(Auto rotate sensor) also not working properly !
So i need help from costumer care services center address in surat but i dont know where is the service center of lenovo mobile !
I dis inquiry in one of lenovo service center but they said me that service center is only for computer & laptops ! Not for lenovo mobiles !
So please help me fast i need address urgently !
