Actually the app in mobile were not able to work properly, query regarding phone

sir my mobile is not started from past 2 days. Actually the app in mobile were not able to work properly so I thought if I will switched if off and then on then it will work but when I was try to open my mobile it wont be started yet. When I switched on I will stay on the half on position and get of again. So I wanted to know what type of problem it is and how it will be solved?
