Complain against Xiaomi pick up service mobile phone while charging, got heated

My mobile phone while charging, got heated and did not switch on from then. I contacted MI service center as my phone is still in warranty. The customer care personnel suggested me to avail Mi pick up service as there was no service center at my place, and assured me that I would get back my phone within 10- 15 days. I scheduled the service and my phone was picked up on 29/03/2016. And the phone was received at service center in 2-3 days. I contacted them after 7 days and they said my phone is under construction. I did it again after 15 days but got the same response and they weren’t even connecting to the officials neither telling what the problem exactly was. Again I called them after 20 days and reply was the same. I called them every 5 days till 3 months and when I registered a complaint in xiaomi service center forum, next day I received a message that my phone has been dispatched. I got my phone back for which they charged me 189 rupees, but I was mentally harassed because they took the money, wasted my time ( without providing any extended warranty) and sent my phone unrepaired. When I contacted them about this they asked me to start the process again but this time I wont be charged. But this time they crossed all their limits, they cancelled the request automatically (Inquiry no: 9000025183). Even though, with so much of patience, I scheduled again, I just got Inquiry no again and no update after that from 10 days or so ( present inquiry no : 9000027175). I even warned them that if I don’t get the proper service then I would be left without any option other than filing a case, but the customer care personnel there was like he was ok with the case, and this is why I have filed a complaint against them.
